Specsavers

i've been going here the past few years - their service & value for money keeps me going back :) initially, it was their ad for 2 glasses for $99 that drew me in - and they've proved reliable & trustworthy in providing me quality frame + lense packages that wont burn a massive hole in my bank account ;) ... and any problems with anything they've sold me was quickly & easily solved by just taking it back in store, no hassles, no fuss, just great service every time! I've also done a few yearly eye checks with them - their optometrists are professional, very friendly, and walked me through everything they were doing, which was quite reassuring :) I'd recommend them to anyone needing good quality glasses at a good price! tip: always ask if they could do you a special deal for a second set of frames + lenses. i forgot to last time & kinda regret not doing so :P

This is tricky as I do like the Specsavers prices and range. However, I have tried several times to look for some glasses at this particular Specsavers and I have always found the staff terribly rude and unhelpful. Last year when I first went there for my very first pair, I gave up because nobody would help me choose some frames. I tried a different Specsavers store and the situation was totally different and I was able to easily find a pair.

I tried again this year, forgetting why I hadn't purchased from the last time; plus not being new to glasses wasn't self-conscious anymore, however I still received the same bad service even though the staff have changed.

Instead the 3 staff members were more interested in gossiping about their poor wages.

I'll definitely not give them any more chances
