Specsavers Opticians

The place I always go to for my prescription glasses. I make sure I make an appointment because this place is always busy. The staff are always lovely, patient when you're taking forever to pick your frames like I always seem to do and very helpful. With a massive range of frames and also able to process many of the major private health care funds it's just a matter of convenience when you go to this specsavers. I've been visiting this particular store practically every year ever since I needed presciption glasses and the service is always excellent.

Very happy with this company. I purchased some new glasses from them earlier this year which unfortunately broke a few months later. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem but as I was overseas at the time with no travel insurance I had to purchase another pair. I emailed SpecSavers who were amazing - they responded promptly and courteously and offered to replace the broken pair even though they were under no obligation to do so. I was very happy with their customer service and would not hesitate to recommend them. I will certainly be purchasing all my glasses from them in future.
