Installed $2000 Eurosun tank. Lasted 23 months and died. Absolutely rusted through. Not only did they refused to give a refund, but they also charged for the repair callout to repair nothing. Consumer Protection website says consumer may choose repair or replacement or refund if major problem. Being pensioners with little income, we chose refund but they said no. Consumer Protection to date has been unable to get any co-operation from them and has encouraged us to take them to court.

Thanks SRP for providing such an excellent service. Aaron managed to fit us in as an emergency, temporarily isolating our ancient leaking panels and returning the next day ON TIME to fit a very well priced complete solar hot water system. Aarons knowledge of the products allowed for us to make an informative choice and his quote was by far the best. The team had the job done quickly and efficiently without any mess or damage and very little interruption to our day. Highly recommended !!!!
Excellent! Great service, and great price. They came out the very next day. We were concerned about getting the solar hot system repaired because the brand, Solar Kleen had gone out of business, However, the guys came out and did a comprehensive inspection and fixed the problem, no worries. Great to have plentiful; hot water again.Would highly recommend them to others.
