Solar Masters

Avoid going with Solar Masters, I ordered/signed contract/paid deposit December 2025. I had my install booked in for Monday 23/3/26, but on the Friday 20th received an email saying my job was cancelled because my roof was too steep. The contract states roofs over 23 degrees may incur additional installation cost not total cancellation and my roof is 21 degrees. I have since emailed the company with no reply and told to deal with jojo Christian. Well that’s extremely hard to do as he doesn’t return any of my calls/emails. Do not trust this company. They still haven’t returned my deposit!! Stay clear of Solar masters!!!

Absolutely shady. Don't deal with them at all.
Tried to rip me off with Humm by charing me an extra $2300 for my Solar System.
After installation, the solar system is producing about 50% less electricity than advertised. They originally told me that micro inverters / optimisers can be installed to fix the shading issue but now turned around and said they cannot fix it and that I should cut down the tree which is something the Gold Coast Council won't let me do.
