Solar Dynamics

We first did business with Solar Dynamics back in 2011 when they installed our first Solar System. They contacted us at one stage indicating a problem with our converter and they came and replaced it with minimal cost. We could have been charged a packet as we had no idea of the issue. We have never forgotten that hence us recommending their service.
Since then we have received promotional information from many providers and each time I contact Solar Dynamics they explained what is the best for us and never try to up sell. With the recent changes in tariffs we had a barrage of providers contact us for an upgrade but due to the service we have always had with Solar Dynamics decided without hesitation to up grade our system with Solar Dynamics. It was done on time and the workers were very professional. I would always direct people seeking solar energy to contact Solar Dynamics. A wonderful team at all levels to work with. Wayne came highly recommended from a good friend who recently had Solar Dynamics install solar at his home. From the initial contact Wayne was amazing, explained the installation process, government rebates, costs etc. and made the whole process seamless. The team that installed were competent, friendly and professional. The admin team kept in touch regularly with information and the timeline, making the entire project doable. The team at Solar Dynamics were informative and were able to explain and advise with simple terms so we fully understood. No question was viewed as silly. Wayne came out to see us and was not pushy but was content to make sure we had all our queries answered and checked the house for any possible "hidden extras". We were explained the process of applying for the Victoria Rebates and what to expect. Annette and Donna took control of all the administration side making the whole process seamless and easy.

In an area that can be quite confusing, Solar Dynamics made the process clear, easy to follow and extremely thorough. Answered all our questions, ensured we were fully informed along the way. The work on the day was excellent, efficient, tidy and helpful - again ensuring we were happy with decisions along the way. I originally installed solar panels with this company in 2010 which was the best project I have ever done. Wayne guided me through the process then. He followed up on any issues that presented during those fourteen years. Needless to say having just upgraded my system why would I go anywhere else. The office staff communicate very efficiently and the installers Stuart and John were very polite and professional.

My experience with Solar Dynamics was first rate! Wayne conducted a thorough site inspection prior to the preparation of his quote and happily answered my subsequent questions in several follow up conversations. The installation team of three were friendly, professional and thorough. My installation was somewhat challenging (complex roof, cathedral ceilings etc.), they kept me informed of issues when they arose and resolved them in a competent, neat manner mindful of the installed systems appearance as well as its functionality. The office staff were a delight to deal with and responded to my requests in a prompt and efficient fashion. The 'icing on the cake' - Solar Dynamics were competitive in their pricing too! I have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective clients.

Thanks Wayne and your team for a job well done. A bit of a hick-up with the weather near the time of the final installation, but all in all we are pleased to have made the decision to go with Solar Dynamics.

Had a couple of blips in regards to scheduling but I was kept fully informed. The installers were helpful and knowledgeable and cleaned up after them which is unusual for tradies!

We engaged Solar Dynamics to install our solar panels and Sonos Battery at our new house. The house build was delayed significantly. Solar Dynamics were extremely patient. and understanding of the delays. Their follow up is second to none. Highly recommend.
