Frank leads a great team at Snip and Shape, always efficient, friendly and cheerful. And Sam has been my 'go-to' barber for years - he is a terrific craftsman with great skills, an excellent eye for detail and always does wonderful work. I highly recommend both gentlemen as well as the Snip and Shape team!

The staff member who served me yesterday at 12:45pm.
She was constantly on her mobile phone. Kept leaving out the back of the shop for over 10 minutes each time.
All together she spent 3 minutes cutting my hair and charged $60. Job was not complete.
Absolutely disgraceful. Will never return again.

The atmosphere is great and acknowledgement as a person, not a paying customer.

Led by the 1 eyed Carlton Supporter Peter lol and founding members from PCI Hair Bree & Vicky! Throw into the mix roughly another 6 employees from Snip & Shape to compliment this transformation! Gosh just can't say how much I love Snipe & Shape Design. Frank, Anna & the rest of the team are fabulous fun people. Anna has been doing my hair for about 15 years now - she is so professional, always has my hair looking fabulous, people comment about how great my hair is, the cut, style & colour - love my hair. Great hairdressers, great people - don't go past this hairdressing business you will not be disappointed.

I love getting my hair done at snip and shape hair design. I've been going there for over 4 years now and I adore my hairdresser Kylie. She is the best blonde colorist I know. Everyone who works there is so friendly, and the vibe is always happy. The owner frank is lovely and you can see he treats his staff extremely well! I highly recommend this place.

I have been using this hairdressing salon for a few years now. Ganine is an outstanding stylist and the rest of the staff are cheerful and friendly. I have never been disappointed with my colour or cut. Ganine always has good suggestions to make about my cut and provides me with great tips on maintaining the look. Worth every cent I pay!

just got my hair cut at Snip and Shape in James street Templestowe by a lovely young woman. Although i am not the type of person who goes in with a certain cut in mind i usually leave my hair up to the creativeness of my hairdresser and i will certainly say that she did not disappoint. My hair was styled and throughout the whole experience we were laughing and having a good time. Even the boss of the business joined in which was treat. Overall my experience was fun, worthwhile and my haircut was great and would recommend Snip & Shape to anyone who wants the same experience.

Frank, Maree & Kylee have always been polite, co-operative & helpful. I have never left the salon with a "shocker" haircut/style. Maree always explains my questions about colour/cut & what she intends to do before cutting. A great salon!

I have used a few hairdressers in this shop and all of them have been very professional. They are quick and listen to what you want, giving a great hair cut. They are also very clean, constantly sweeping up as they go. I feel like I am being taken care of and can trust them.

Was very impressed by this buzzing little hair salon at the westfield shopping centre. Need a new hairstyle and had never been there before. The hairdresser assigned to me was wonderful. She had great ideas and gave me a hair cut that i love. Was about $59 for a cut and blowave but i guess that's fairly standard cost these days.
