I cannot speak highly enough of Smile Design Studios. Vicky truly cares about each and every one of her patients, she consistently goes above and beyond and ensures you are comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I'm absolutely thrilled with the work Vicky did for me—it's even better than I had hoped for. The entire team is incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, and I want to give a special thanks to Heidy, who is absolutely amazing. I’m sure a lot of people choose a particular service for its convenience. Let me start this review by stating that my wife and I travel 2 hour by plane to have our dental work with Dr Vicky Ho at the at the Smile Design Studio. Conviniente? No way. Is it Worth it? ABSOLUTELY! I’ve recently had dental implants,done,by Dr Vicky Ho,after, having 4 x teeth removed unnecessary overseas. I couldn’t be happier with the results.Let me say this: if you need dental implants at the Smile Design Studio don’t think they will take your money and do it just like that. They will only go ahead if is SAFE! Safe for you. On my first visit I was informed about how crucial it was that I would only be accepted as a patient If I was found to have sufficient bone density.I was lucky not to need a bone graft. So to summarise I will say that from the very first step you literally take as you walk into he Smile Design Studio you’ll be amazed by the friendliest reception you’ll get at the front desk and I really mean that! Not just friendly but very professional too! My wife and I don’t have enough words to describe the level of care we received from Dr Vicky Ho and her team over the past few years!

Dr Vicky is absolutely incredible. I have never experienced such wonderful care & service. Dr Vicky went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome and for that I am forever grateful. The whole experience over the last few months have been so enjoyable and pain free, and I’m actually sad my treatment is over as I won’t see the beautiful team as frequently. I required quite a bit of work, and Dr Vicky was able to save a tooth without needing an implant. I am now pain free, after a couple of years of pain and discomfort. The whole team are so warm, friendly and compassionate, and going the the studio was such an amazing experience. I cannot recommend Dr Vicky enough, with her skills and high standard of care, you are truely in the best hands. Thank you so so much ️

I definitely recommend Smile design Studio to design anyone’s new smile. Dr Vicky is Amazing! The knowledge and technique she demonstrated to achieve the final outcome was flawless. The attention to detail to design a smile that suits your individuality is just awesome. Her whole team are just a pleasure, their positivity, humour and professionalism is outstanding.

I have super sensitive teeth but wanted to get my teeth whitened. Tryi. To do it at home is always way to painful so I decided to have it professionally done. It makes such a difference . My gums were properly protected and I lay back with blankets and watched a movie while it was being done. Amazingly I made it without pain through the whole treatment . Afterwards I am have pain and sensitivity but I’m assured that’s normal for the first 24 hours - and at least it is all done ! Very happy .

Recently visited Dr Vicky and Lenny at Smile design, for some much needed work and check up, always a fantastic service, attention and care given they creates a very calm and relaxed environment as in the past I have been very apprehensive regarding dental work but thankfully they operates a very one to one experience with amazing attention to detail.

I chose Smile Design Studio based on Dr Vicky Ho's training and experience with major dental work. From the day I first presented myself, I've been treated with kindness by everyone at the Studio. I have had four implants done and every stage of the process was handled with great skill, professionalism and care. My new crowns fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the result!! I have complete confidence in Dr Vicky and her talented team. It really is a life changing and happy experience!!! Dr Vicky is a delightful person. She is joyous, humble, diligent & her work is first class! The staff are so friendly & each visit has been a pleasure for me.
