I liked the ease of dropping off my car and driving away in a loan car and not having to worry about organising insurance to fix my car

I contacted smash masters to quote the damage done to my car (by KTAS whilst in for repairs) at 10.15am. WITHIN the 1/2 hour ,I received correspondence, was told to come in , they'd quote it up for me and send me off with a replacement car whilst they fixed it up for me! Also if the quick correspondence wasn't already an amazing outcome , David also stated that they would directly deal with Kmart t&a on my behalf as they will continue to mess me around. Possibly the best customer service I've had all year! Knowing that I'm not having to follow up anything from here on in ,is fantastic! I would and will highly recommend Smash Masters to Anyone in geelong looking for a decent,stress free service.

I had my First Accident in over 40 years of driving that needed repairing (only had 2 minor ones in 40 years), so I had no idea where to take my car, but I saw that Smash Masters offered "free loan cars", so I decided to go there.

Wow, how good are these guys, my car is Fantastic, looks brand new and the service and professionalism shown by Dave and his team is second to none. I know 15/10 sounds ridiculous, but honestly that's what this company deserves.

Dave and his team are fantastic. Hard to find a business with such a positive approach. I have already told members of my golf club and family about them. The work is spreading fast with these guys.
