Fixed my laptop quicker than I thought, and for cheaper than I expected. They do housecalls, which is super convenient for me. The guy who fixed my laptop was totally lovely and was more than happy to explain what he thought had gone wrong, how to prevent it in the future, and gave me advice on programs to use in the future to help prevent the problem I'd had.
I'd absolutely use this company again, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

André solved all my difficult problems . He was very efficient, effective and personable . He also had an intuitive instinct for how to do things and where to find answers to questions which arose . My computer is now as good as new . And André managed to find all my emails from a computer ruined by moisture . Highly recommended

Not only did he fix my computer, he took apart the obsolete one and I saved the old hard drive, provided advice on recycling old computer (Officeworks). He shifted printer around for easy access and gave me advice on NBN. Totally happy with service.

James called me within the first day to let me know the issues and the cost to ask for the go ahead. As someone who isnt financially well off, i couldn't appreciate this phone call more.

Val came out to see me at my workplace in Cranbourne, he determined what the issue was with my laptop and took it back to his office to do the repairs, I had my laptop delivered back to me and work and was all fixed and ran better than ever.
