We purchased a laptop from Smartcom and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Their after sales service was second to none. I will have no problems going back when I need to upgrade.

Improved. Smartcom has developed an improved customer focus, after one computer had blown up and was just days after the warranty period they decided to replace it for my husband as a good will gesture.
