SmallPaws Pet Hotel

My cats came home sick. After paying hundreds of dollars at the vet, my vet suggested I contact the cattery to let them know. They claimed to have called all of their clients boarded at the same time as my cats and said all were happy and healthy. Given my cats are indoor cats and the only place they went was Small Paws, there’s no way they could’ve gotten sick anywhere else. Just a word of caution, as I’ve never had a pet come home sick after being boarded. I’ll be finding another cattery.

First time used and left my cat for four nights. The service appears to be very efficient and caring, professional and no issues on collecting my cat. She seems fine and happy to be home of course.

If you really care about your pets, you must avoid this place. I left my cat with them for several months. They completely ignored the fact that the cat got sick and lost appetite, and let him starve himself. So these guys don't monitor neither amount of food eaten nor weight of the animals. The cat clearly starved for a month or even longer. They didn't notice that he went from overweight to extremely underweight condition. The starvation resulted in hepatic lipidosis, which is a serious life-threatening condition. I paid 9k in vet bills and spent two months not showing up in my office and nursing my boy as he required intensive care after 2 weeks at the hospital. What was the reaction of small paws on that? They responded as a driver who hits a pedestrian and flees from the scene. They showed no compassion, they didn't offer any help with nursing, they didn't offer a refund for the stay, their insurance agent called me to insult my accent and offered only 50% of the vet bills for starving my cat to almost dying! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! NAME AND SHAME IT TO YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Small Paws Pet Hotel provides a very loving and caring environment for small dogs. I have used Small Paws Pet Hotel a few times recently and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to owners of small dogs. The girls are always very friendly and welcoming. So happy such a great place exists for little dogs. Thanks so much for everything.

Small paws pet hotel is fantastic ! We never feel guilty leaving our 2 precious boys with the girls at small paws as we know they are well cared for. They always come back happy, clean and full of life ! We recommend them to all our friends with dogs ! Knowing they are being cared for well makes us enjoy our holidays more !

Small paws looked after our fur baby last month for 11 nights which is the longest time we've been away from him. We enjoyed our holiday a lot more knowing he was enjoying his. And the photos we received every couple of days really helped. Thank you for looking after Buster so well and keeping him on his special food diet

Fantastic, caring team! We have left our dog here a number of times in the last couple of years and always know he'll be in good hands. The team are always so friendly and welcoming when we drop him off or pick him up. There is a much more personal feel to SmallPaws compared with other places we have used, and they are always accommodating and understanding if there are any changes to booking dates. He always returns home happy and healthy. No complaints!

I was very nervous about leaving my dog when I went away but when I found SmallPaws my mind was at ease. They have the most adorable luxuries bedrooms and a lot of space and grass for the dogs to run and play during the day. My cavoodle is only little so the fact they only take small dogs meant my dog was fine and not overwhelmed. He has come home so happy and healthy. Thanks so much SmallPaws I highly recommend you.
