Dawn Barry and her team have always acted in a friendly and professional manner. They have assisted us in the sale and purchase of several properties over the years and have made the process an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend anyone to use their service and expertise.
During my first property settlement 22 years ago we had a battle with the vendors. With all my belongings packed in a truck outside the real estate agents and being close to tears inside my agents office, it was Dawn's determination and commitment to her client to get the job done. Since that day I will not consider employing any other professional to handle my property matters. Skilled Conveyancing have never let me down and I have absolute confidence in their approach to achieve the right outcome.
We were referred to Dawn by a real estate agent when we were considering buying a house. Dawn very generously looked at the section 32 and to our amazement not only was she prompt, she did not charge us for her time and services. She was very helpful in the way that she pointed out aspects of the section 32 to be aware of that may have caused us problems. We haven't used the services of a conveyancer before putting in an offer before but we will make sure we do from now on (of course we will check if there is a cost or not). We did not end up buying the house so we can't comment on the whole conveyancing service or costs but next time we require a conveyancer Dawn will be our first choice.
