Two authorised fraudulent transactions on my credit card from Shaver Shop Chadstone which the business refused to investigate in any way unless process was initiated by my bank, which would require cancellation of my credit card. Totally unhelpful.
I asked staff if they knew about certain products but seemed to guess at the answer and wasn't overly knowledgeable so was a bit disappointed. Otherwise he was pleasant enough but needs more training into stock and what they carry.
I have made a few purchases here and found the prices to be competitive. Often specials here too. The staff are helpful and happy to discuss different products with you.

The sales staff are really great in this shop! I returned a faulty hair straightener, and they were really good to deal with even though i wasn't actually making a purchase at that time! They have a fairly big variety of goods in stock and are very knowledgeable about them. Great customer service!
