What a huge disappointment! And, on so many levels!
After booking specifically to see the top brow artist, the owner, and paying in advance, I arrived just before the appointed time. I waited 25 minutes, (with several “sorry, she is on her way/is ten minutes away/will be with you soon” type messages), and then a ‘senior brow stylist' introduced herself and advised she would be just applying an eyebrow and lash tint before the one I had the booking with arrived. After the lash tint, which she wiped into one of my eyes, with absolutely no consultation, she quickly proceeded to wax my lower and upper brows – which was expressly and exactly what I didn't want and what I had already paid to consult with the owner about!
Absolutely furious, and having been there 45 minutes, I made to leave the salon. Reception protested and advised that the owner was coming now to consult with me. After a few minutes, she didn't arrive, and then more minutes, still no owner and I felt compelled to ask if she was indeed really in the building! Apparently she was “with a client” but if I cared to wait until she had finished with the client she would be available to talk with me! What happened to my appointment?! I was there on time, the only client for at least 25 minutes and suddenly, she was indeed there and “with another client”. I was flabbergasted!
After more waiting, and no sign of the person that I had booked and paid to see, I was asked to leave my ‘phone number so the owner could call me later. I still couldn't understand why the appointment I had made, and paid for with the owner, had somehow evaporated – or maybe she was with what she deemed to be a more important client?
Having built, run for 15 years, and sold a successful service business, I was astonished, horrified disappointed and saddened to be serviced in such a way.

Avoid Sharon-Lee brows services at any cost! The service was horrendous! The list is endless: over 45 minutes wait, not even a hello at arrival, after 45 minutes, was not seen by Sharon Lee, was not asked hoe I'd like my brow shaped.

Got waxed straight away by assistant to get the late job started. Sharon-Lee comes in and does a 2 minute plucking, nothing special. No hello, or how would you like your brows done again! Mind you the booking had been done with herself, which costs $150 instead of $80. After the poor shaping of eye-brows she actually used the pencil to even up the bad job!

After guessing how bad it looked, she just said, have a look on the mirror behind you and walked away!!!!! I honestly can not describe a worst experience than that! Awful, uncaring, terrible service. I wish I could hide for the next 8 weeks until my eye brows grow back again.

Ps. Although I was told $150 fee, I checked my credit card and they actually charged $155. Now that is a lot for such a horrendous service!
