SCR compiled a full re-tile on my leaking(outdated) balcony. Fergus and his team were excellent from the quotation right up to the day of completion. The tradesmen were very friendly, extremely tidy and most importantly professional and efficient in carrying out their work. I am extremely happy with the finish of the balcony and would gladly recommend SCR for anybody looking to get a similar job done or may be stuck in two minds! Thanks again SCR team.

DONT EXPECT THIS PLACE TO STICK TO THERE 12 MONTH WARRANTY !! STAY CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK IT. had large balcony done 9 months ago and was promised on voicemail that if there is any movement we will come back and fix it no charge and for $5000 i paid to just re grout so they should. soon as there where to he offered to give me half my money back or he will see me in court !! yep went the court line !! there workman was brilliant and was willing to help as much as he could and even said why arnt they just re doing whole job again !! he ended up giving me $2k back and fixed a small section. so im now still over $3k down for something that didnt work. the great line he used ? sorry if any movement we cant Guarantee that !! JUST BE VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE !!

This company came out to do repairs on my balcony and clean, seal and grout the pavers in my courtyard. There are question marks remaining as to the structural integrity of the balcony and they refuse to certify and guarantee the works they performed despite numerous requests.

They have ruined the pavers in my courtyard by putting down seal whilst raining and walking their muddy shoes all over the surface. The mud is now permanently sealed in. Despite performing remedial works, including stripping back the sealer to remove the mud, they remain blemished. They have now given up on trying to remove the damage caused and refuse to reimburse money.

These guys use unskilled workers who need constant supervision. They refuse to be held accountable for the mistakes they made. Most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Fergus came out to give me a quote on some repairs needed to our balcony. He was clearly knowledgable and explained what was needed in a way that made sense. He was not trying to 'up-sell' but rather understood we were concerned about keeping costs down while completing the job in a way that was going to result in a long term repair. I would not hesitate to employ SCR when we go ahead with the repair or if we have other jobs of this nature. Thanks Fergus.
