Have purchased parts from here. They will take the time to discuss your needs and provide advice. However the parts can usually be sourced elsewhere for cheaper. However, when one needs to return a faulty item, there are usually no issues.

Their website is also fairly comprehensive and usually is helpful for researching information on parts.

I have been buying hardware from this group for about 4 years now. Slightly more expensive then your computer market prices, however cheaper than all retail chains. Every person you deal with knows PC hardware inside-out.

Price's aren't as cheap as MSY, but the service is fantasic. No issues with refunds and returns where require. Website is very easy to nagivate and order online.
