This was my second time using Ruttley in 2023 for big jobs. Shaun did a stellar job installing a new Rheem hot water system today. Considered discussion to help me select the right water heater for my needs. Prompt attendance at the agreed time. As with the other team members at Ruttley, Shaun is personable and kind and explains the work so you are informed. I definitely recommend Ruttley plumbers and electricians.

Ruttley Plumbing accepted a smaller job without fuss. This was after ringing several plumbers who did not bother to return my calls.

Dan arrived on time. He was pleasant, efficient, competent and completed our job. It was not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

I had a leaking hot water system. Ruttley Plumbing had very prompt service, friendly staff and the job was well explained to the customer.

We had a damaged hot water pipe in the roof cavity. Michael was polite, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Did not cut any corners or rush the job; I feel like it was good quality work. He also threw in some pointers on hot water upkeep and thoughts for planning the pipework for our new bathroom! Happy to recommend Ruttley.

I've dealt with Michael a number of times, both on behalf of the whole block of units at Marrickville and also my personal unit. He completed a repair to a gas main at our property which was a pretty complex project. He took the time and effort to explain the scope of works thoroughly, highlighted areas where he thought there may be additional work and also attended a meeting of the Owners Corporation to answer any additional questions. The work was completed without issue.

As well as this, he's replaced my hot water unit which was quick and painless and also performed some additional reworks to make the tenant happy.

I'd highly recommend him.

Michael and his team arrived on time and proceeded to investigate and repair the problem with my hot water system. I found them to be very professional in their work and manner and could not have been happier with the service I received. When they left they had cleaned and tidied the area where they were working and took away the old system. I would highly recommend their plumbing and gas services to all my friends.

Prompt, efficient and effective team. I particularly like the front end service; they contacted me promptly by phone and kept me updated, arrived as scheduled and cleaned up after themselves. Obviously good office staff and an excellent overall performance.

My drainage from kitchen sink was blocked because of the grease induced from daily food use. The technical team was quick and professional. It involved with using tube attached with camera to show us where block was. After the service, i was even given cause explanations as well as advice to avoid further similar problem. Very satisfied with this choice of my life.

Great experience. We broke a pipe and had the boys out the same day to fix it. They arrived, had a look at the problem, got the parts and had the pipe fixed in no time.
