I used this company to install a new valley, rebed roof and flexible point all of caps and valley in September 2015. John did the communication by mobile phone and he came to my house to check the roof at my absence. The quote was reasonable and John seems to be a down-to-earth person so I gave the job to him. His brother Jeff did all the physical work and so far, I did not see any problems so I am happy to recommend the company.

I have the equivalent of 3 storey house and needed re-cementing and re-pointing of the tiled roof. RoofOne is one of many who do this type of work so I contacted John who does the communication by mobile phone - he is reliable and always returned my calls. We discussed what needed to be done. He has an easy going down to earth manner and I decided to go with him simply because I felt i could trust him.

His brother, Jeff actually does all the physical work and he too is a down to earth, easy to talk to bloke.

I couldn't be more happy with their reliability, quality and willingness to do some of the one percenters along the way e.g. having to prune and cut a climbing plant which had insinuated its way through barge boards and tiles.
