Carter's Roofing is an owner-run business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Being owner-run means we don't employ roof contractors to do the work - we do it ourselves and bring our experience to each job. Before we start the job, we explain everything in detail with photographs. We only use quality roofing materials and have a 10-year warranty on all new roofs.

Great tiled roof restoration and painting
I found Carters Roofing via an internet search. I was initially looking for leak detection and repair of my 30+ year old tiled roof. Warren very promptly responded to my first enquiry and was quickly on site to look at and quote the job. While there for the quote, he sorted a few broken tiles for me. No charge. With quote in hand I received another 2 quotes. All were very similar in price. However, something about the approach of Warren at first contact told me that Carters Roofing were the best choice. Job allocated. My roof received a very thorough clean with multiple tiles replaced. At the bedding and pointing stages, it was clear to me that these guys were as fussy as I was. Excellent finish. Three coats of tile paint and a clear 4th protective quote. All aspects of the work have exceeded my expectations. High quality from start to finish. Always on time, and thorough clean up at each stage. All this might sound like too strong a recommendation. The truth is if I had to use a roof restoration company in the future, Warren and the crew at Carters Roofing would be at the top of the list. I have no association with Carters Roofing. Just an extremely happy client. Recommended 100%.

Warren prepared a comprehensive quote for us and Trav carried out the full roof restoration. This included a pressure clean of the total roof area, rebedding and repointing all ridge caps with flexible pointing and a 3 coat sealing system in slate grey. He also replaced the valley iron.
All work was carried out professionally and we were very pleased with the final result. I would not hesitate to recommend Carters Roofing for any roofing needs.

Excellent job done on our tired old cement tile roof. An internal repair, full rebedding, pointing and change of colour. Tradesmen very efficient, and the work done to a very high standard. New colour looks great. Would recommend giving Warren a call.
Prompt and efficient from the beginning. Needed a full re-bedding, pointing and paint. Completed ahead of schedule and workmanship is top notch.
Communication was fantastic for the duration, and NO MESS was left on site at all.

Highly recommend Carters roofing. I had quite a complex requirement due to the way my pergola joins into roofline and Warren was the only trade I engaged that was able to suggest a long-term solution rather than a ‘quick-fix’. The work was completed as quoted and to a high standard, and Warren was fantastic to deal with - constantly providing updates on progress, always gave options and transparency about how to fix things and genuinely a nice person! Would 100% use Carters again and recommend to friends and family
Very disappointed with the end result. Carter's employees were grumpy and rude upon arrival and their work was sloppy and not satisfactorily completed. They complained that they undercharged us when we never argued about their quotation and we need to re-engage another contractor to complete the works.

I recognise well done work . Carters were excellent , stress free , experienced staff . My tile roof was cleaned repointed and painted . My guttering and fascias replaced . My flat roof garage was found to have rotting and wrongly fitted rafters . No problem to Carters they just economically fixed it , and fitted the new roof . I'm fussy , and was very happy . Warren Carter and his boys did a great job removing old tiles from roof, preparing woodwork, etc, laying new tiles, then mortar work and pointing. Final result was excellent, so would thoroughly recommend Warren. Very good price too!

A roof restoration is important to the on-going integrity of any home or building and its therefore a job that needs to be done to the highest standards. The crew from Carters Roofing do their restorations with experience over many years, with meticulous care and detail. I engaged Warren as well as 4-5 other companies to come and quote me for a full restoration on my tiled roof.
