I was introduced to Robert Nelson Funerals by someone I knew who has used them before. Robert Nelson Funerals were extremely caring and gracious with my needs. The deceased, (my husband) and I had discussed how we would like to be remembered when we passed, which Robert Nelson complied with in a very compassionate and sensitive manner. Nothing was too much for them. Robert, Meredith and Jasmine helped make my husbands (and my ) decisions very supportive and respectful.

Robert and team were a delight to work with and made an otherwise tragic time much more smooth and bearable. Both myself and my family appreciated the effort and care the team went through to ensure our final moments were cherished and positively remembered, and I would recommend their services to everyone. Robert and his team were wonderful to work with when we lost our son. From every phone conversation, to personal home visits we felt fully supported in our grief and they took care of making all the necessary arrangements.

When our Son tragically died, it was obviously an extremely emotional time for us. Now not only dealing with having lost our Son but now having to plan his funeral.
We looked at a number of businesses online then came across Robert Nelson Funerals. We are big believers in reviews and there were so many great reviews there as well as a not so good one which came with reasons and not hidden but published. Now if someone is willing to leave feedback in such a traumatic and emotional time we value that greatly.
We emailed and within the hour Robert made contact, we asked a few questions regarding bringing our sons dog to the funeral and from then on the service provided was absolutely faultless. We reside in Perth and this whole process of the funeral in Melb was without fault.
We feel the funeral service provided along with the wonderful celebrant Marion was very fitting for our sons farewell.
So if you are looking for a company to handle your funeral arrangements we give this 10/10.
