Worst service that i paid for
Needed a bidet installation quote from them for one of my bathrooms. Things that should have triggered alarm bells
1. They sent a guy to give a quote, which covered new pipes and plumbing work, punching a hole from the outside into the bathroom for a new connection. Everything to cost around $1600
2. Second guy comes in. Checks the attic for the existing connections. Swaps the line from recycle water to normal water and fixes the bidet and says its still going to be the same amount, because he found a better way to fix it without all the pipes and the external work.
I said thanks for a great plan and paid the man, at the same time feeling cheated that the sold plan included a lot of work and the execution needed only a piece to swap connections.
Next we noticed(I take the blame partially on this one), the bidet is installed on the left side of the toilet. According to Google, 90% of people in the world are right handed. The plumber must have been new to make such a rookie mistake.
To top it, I was told it was best if they bought the bidet as they will keep it up to Australian standards so as not to void my home insurance. The one that this guy brought started leaking the next day.
I put in a call to get him back. This was all before Christmas and today is the second week in Jan and they still haven't sent anyone and the guy on the call seems least bothered to come to a job that's not making them more money, because he doesn't send me a confirmation for when they can send someone to check.

Definitely would recommend They came out the same day to check out hot water system, and replaced it the following day. Did a really tidy job. Really friendly to deal with.
Burst hot water unit, prime plumbing got here in 15mins and saved my apartment from getting flooded.
Had a burst pipe on a public holiday, joey looked after me with a very reasonable price.
Joey came on New Year's Eve to come fix a leaking tap. He was friendly, timely, cleaned up after himself and also explained the problem so I could understand what was going on. Thanks!
Joey was brilliant, arrived within 30 mins and did a great job fixing a burst pipe in our kitchen on a Saturday evening after hours, very happy with the pricing too. Hoping we don’t need emergency services again, but would definitely use them again!

Update on my situation: I finally got them to give me a appointment, which was supposed to be today between 8 and 10 am.
Called them at 11 because it was a no show. Multiple attempts to call them kept going to voicemail. Took a break and called them from a different number. They picked the call on the first attempt and when I asked about what's happening about the appointment I was told that the guy 'Joey' started his day late and will eventually come to my property. I called Joey directly from this other phone(because he doesn't pick up my calls anymore) and he picked up and responded that he will be here around 4-5 pm.
Called him again around 5 and he said it will be 7-8 pm. At this point I am almost 99% sure he is just wasting my time. I have been moving my daily activities to ensure I am at home but he doesn't care for my time.
Now, he is not picking the calls from the second number as well. A friend of mine suggested it just might be a particular employee who might have a discrimination problem. I don't think he would have treated any Aussie like this and got away till now.
