What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

At Reztor Restoration, our standard inspection fee is $180+GST, which includes the first hour of work on site. In most cases, this is sufficient to complete the initial water extraction and assessment.

Our technicians will assess the full extent of the damage and provide clear advice on any additional services required, along with estimated costs before proceeding. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing and aligning our services with insurer expectations where applicable.

Standard Terms: Payment is due upon completion for private work, or as per insurer agreement for insurance-authorised jobs.

Payment Methods: We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance payments.

Payment Plans: Yes, we offer interest-free payment plans on eligible private jobs.

Afterpay & Zip: Currently not offered, but we're exploring integration for future convenience.

All costs and terms are discussed transparently before any work begins, with written scopes and estimates provided.

For urgent jobs, we can often attend within 12 hours and complete initial works (such as extraction and containment) on the same day.

Turnaround times for full restoration depend on the scope, but we prioritise fast mobilisation, efficient drying, and clear communication at every stage. Most standard jobs are completed within 35 days, with real-time updates and drying logs provided.
