We have used Regency Knights on a couple of occasions and have found them to be excellent. They are very responsive to requests, their sales staff are knowledgable and helpful and their installation team are great. From either a single window or a house full of blinds and curtains needed, they have always met or exceeded our initial expectations.

The staff at Regency Knights were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable from initial contact in the shopfront to installation. They helped us bring our costs down with suggestions for less expensive fabric and we were also able to use our existing curtain track. We were very happy with our whole experience and the installation actually happened a few weeks earlier than expected which was great as it was all finished shortly before Christmas.

Yet again another positive interaction with Regency Knights! We got a couple of automatic blinds installed as we used them 5 years ago to do our whole house. Great service and great product, highly recommended their services.

Regency Knights were a pleasure to deal with. All staff were courteous, professional and efficient. Their pricing was competitive and they made sure I was happy with the product including following up to correct anything that wasn’t right. I would happily use them again.

Despite some supply chain issues, the service has been excellent and very accommodating of a number of changes from original quotes.
We still have several more blinds to be ordered and installed when more funds are available.

Right from the first time we came to enquire about getting shutters fitted the process has been great. The Customer Service was spot on. Martin was very helpful with his knowledge of the products and advice.
All Staff we had dealings with were very good.

The install of our window shutters went smoothly and without a hitch. Regency Knights held our bi-fold shutters until our double glazed sliding doors were replaced. When Mike & Maurice came to install the bi-folds - the framing was incorrect - this happened again.
Mike & Maurice are workmen who pride themselves in doing an excellent job- No shortcuts. Absolutely love our new bi-fold Plantation Shutters.

This week I had shutters installed on 9 windows in my house. I initially visited the showroom in Fyshwick for advice and John was very helpful. I then received great advice onsite by Craig for the onsite measure, followed by a clear quote. The day of the installation Maurice turned up on time with all the customised shutters for the lounge, dining area, bedrooms and side glass windows on either side of my front door. He worked solidly for 5 hours moving from room to room and basically transformed the place. He was very professional, friendly, answered all my queries about maintenance of the shutters and did an excellent job in the installation. I was even supplied with a small bottle of touch up paint if I needed that down the track for a minor scratch. The end result is that the interior of the house looks more contemporary, there is more privacy, the rooms feel larger and the insulation is a lot better than was provided by my old vertical blinds and curtains. I am also now able to angle the light into the room so that I no longer need to have lights on during the day for certain areas of the house. Each individual shutter panel divided into three separate sections means I can also choose to have different sections open with views to the garden, others closed for privacy and can also alter the configuration for air flow. The whole process with Regency Knights was very professional, so would not hesitate in using them again for any future projects.
