Redback electrical service

The power went out to most of the house on a wet and dark evening. Elise came out after 8pm (no callout fee); located the faulty switch on the fusebox and helped us to get a workaround in place.

She came back later to further inspect the source of the problem (which was not an easy job) and kept me informed of the progress of the work.

Elise was courteous; on-time (a rare thing for a tradie) and her prices were *very* reasonable for the time taken to assist.
