Rectify Underpinning

Go elsewhere.

We trusted Rectify with a $12k underpinning/rectification job and were left extremely disappointed. What should have been a professional repair turned into a series of issues, including further visible damage to our walls, a gas pipe being hit, our garden being dug up, and no meaningful visible lift or closure of the cracks/gaps we were told would be improved.

We are now proceeding with a formal complaint through DBDRV, with VCAT to follow if this is not resolved fairly. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Rectify.
