Reboot IT Refurbished Computers

Being a budgeting parent, for back to school I purchased a B grade laptop for my daughter,costing me close to $300.After taking it out of the box and turning it on we noticed that mouse tracking pad was faulty (even after troubleshooting) and there was white "shadowing" in the right corners of the screen . The product that I purchased was unsatifactory .We placed the laptop back into the box and I proceeded with the dispute resolution. One phone call, three emails and four business days latter I am still awaiting a decision . To the point I had to urgently go out and purchase a brand new laptop for my daughter because of the delay (baked beans for a couple of weeks now.) If there was a half a star rating I would give it . I have made many purchases on line with other companies and this is one of the worst.
