John came and fixed my leaking toilet, changed several washers and checked the pipes in the house. We also discussed problems that we have with a leaking balcony roof and he made some good suggestions. He is very competent, with careful attention to detail and explains the situation clearly. His prices are also very reasonable.

I would recommend him highly.

I required to install a new dishwasher after removing the old dishwasher. Get a few quotes around the area, and decided to use John from Rapid Response service to get it install. He came in as per promised time, install the new dishwasher in no time and also spend more than enough time to ensure no leaking occurs which I really appreciated.

To anyone who needs plumbing we highly recommend Rapid Plumbing. They weren't the very cheapest, but they offered great value for quality product and excellent workmanship and service.

People say you get what you pay for, but we found we weren't paying that much more than the cheapest quote, but we knew we were getting the best solution, peace of mind, quality, service and guaranteed workmanship.

Do you get your teeth fixed by someone who can hardly speak english or can not communicate well, or turns up late? No, right?

Well, we feel other plumbers, and dare we say it, other trades could take a leaf out of Rapid response's and John Cassar's book.

After this experience, we'll stick with rapid response and never go back to cheap and nasties.

And as for the other end of the spectrum, even Jim's plumbing can be hit and miss, and frankly they trade on people's fear of getting a shonky plumber, so you pay extra for the comfort of a known brand - especially as you have to cover both the plumber and the franchise commissions.

Rapid provided 'old fashioned customer service', but with modern communication skills, great options in our price range, competitive and great value options, and clarity of information.

John fixed a terrible job that had been done with sealing the bottom of the shower which had grown mould all through it because it wasn't sealed properly.

Replace an existing toilet cistern - Rapid Response was excellent. The lid of my cistern had broken so I thought it was going to be a simple job to replace the lid, but it turned out that the model had changed slightly and the whole cistern had to be replaced. John was fantastic - it took a bit of to and fro with the plumbing supplier - he tried to make my initial purchase work but ended up needing a conversion kit as well. John went twice to the supplier to pick up what was needed, chased them up on the order and then his charge was very reasonable. He was very client focussed and just wanted me to be happy with my job - he even helped me get something heavy from my car before he left. I'll call Rapid Response next time I need a plumber - highly recommended

I called Rapid Response Plumbing for a leaking toilet. He was very accommodating with fitting in with my availability and arrived on time. He explained the work involved and cost fully. He offered to investigate a problem I was having with my roof and did not charge me. I was so impressed that I have since called him back to fix another leaking toilet (different problem). Rapid Response Plumbing is excellent and I would recommend them to my friends and family as being honest and reliable and they do great work at a good price!
