Amazing knowledge in Racquets and stringing, ask them a question they have the answer. i used to go to [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] but they didn't know anything to help me. I went to Racquet Works and they asked me about my tennis and what my budget was and sent me away with demo racquets to try before I bought one. Then they custom strung it for me to suit my game, bloody amazing service and I'm not going anywhere else now I've bought crap racquets before at [redacted] cos I got no help. The racquet works guys couldn't help me enough thanks guys I've never loved tennis so much I'll be back soon.

I highly suggest giving Racquet Works a go, I had no idea what Tennis racquet I needed or wanted and after going to Rebel and Amart where it's the blind leading the blind the store owner at Racquet Works explained everything in simple terms and found me a racquet then customised it to my personal needs which nobody else offers these days. Good old fashion great customer service is so rare these days. I have also purchased a bag on the Racquet Works website and it was delivered to my office very fast and cheaply. Ordered goods, funds were charged to my credit card and nothing was delivered. Racquetworks is not responding to emails or picking up phone calls. Do not shop here!

It even hurts to give one star. Ordered tennis racquet in January spoke on phone was told racquet had arrived from the US and would be sent. Then BIG FAT nothing no racquet, no response to emails, no response to numerous very polite phone messages. Now seeking refund $230 through PayPal. What a complete waste of time & hassle go elsewhere!!

Hands down worst online experience ever. Took money straight away and 6 weeks later still had not heard anything. Tried to phone multiple times (no answer) and email (also no response). Did respond to Facebook message - no apologies for no feedback for delay, just some business statistics about how much % their business is up by. Never received squash racquet - had to follow up with bank to get refund. If something isn't in stock, take it off your inventory or communicate with your customers. Steer clear of this business!

I ordered a pair of shoes online.
It took 3 and a half months for them to ship it off.
No one answers the phone.
Only till after I complained to visa did they ship my shoes.
Pathetic service.

I have been chasing this company for two week with no reply! I paid in excess of $200 for a pair of sneakers which of course they took the money out of my account straight away... I have yet to receive the goods, which have now been removed from the website AND I haven't received a dollar of my money back or an explaination either. 0 STAR RATING FROM ME. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently bought some shoes online from racquet works. They were never delivered. I tried ringing them but they never pick up the phone or return my calls. I tried emailing them and they never reply. A horrible experience with racquet works.

I believe the people at Racquet works are really helpful and honest. They really do know their tennis! I bought a Wilson Pro Staff Tennis Racquet from them a couple of weeks ago and love it.

I first went to Rebel yo buy a racquet and got a Babolat, it crack in half so I took it back and they replaced it with the same racquet. The second one cracked in half again so I took that back and I paid $20 more and got a HEAD that I was told was a full graphite model. I was not very happy with the quality do I thought I will go to Racquet Works cos they will know. The owner told me it was a fusion of aluminium and graphite not 100% like the are do guy had told me. I went back to Rebel in disgust and told them what Racquet Works said. The Rebel guy said "they have no idea what they are talking about" so I went back to Racquet Works and they got on the phone to HEAD the manufacturer and they confirmed that Racquet Works were in fact spot on, it was not 100% graphite. So I went back to Rebel and insisted on my money back and the went and bought a $250 high modulus carbon MANTIS racquet that was $50 off, they custom strung it that day at no extra cost ($40 string free) and I have never been happier. Never going to Rebel again, thanks Racquet Works for helping me sort this out. NO I KNOW WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

I purchased a racquet on the Racquet Works website. The staff were super helpful and prompt in helping me select a racquet to improve my game via email. Will definitely be purchasing from Racquet Works again.

I cannot recommend Racquet Works more highly. They were very knowledgable and provided great assistance without any pressure or expectation. They went above and beyond to help and do everything they could for me at a really busy time for them, and I really appreciate their efforts. I live two hours from Geelong, but here is truly exceptional customer service and a good range that will keep me coming back.

Dean is always extremely helpful with racquet selection and strings. It is great having a shop like racquet works in Geelong and the staff are very knowledgeable about the game of tennis. Prices are very competitive as well.

Excellent. Did a google search for a squash racquet, expecting to have to order one online to get the cheapest price. Thought I would quickly check locally, more just to be amazed at how poor retail prices are now, stumbled across racquet works which was the same price as the cheapest place I could find online (which was a US store that was going to charge me $50 to get it out here anyway). So I was in this morning, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the owner who was extremely helpful. I'm only a very very beginner and he was more than happy to help with information and seemed very willing to spend his time assisting me, unlike some retailers you go to who you feel like you're inconveniencing by breathing, Dean introduced himself and made my experiencing an extremely pleasant one, something I'm not accustomed to from retail experiences anymore.

Racquet Works staff are the most knowledgable I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way to get you what you need and they match prices and you can even try the racquets before you buy. I was impressed that they have new brands that nobody else has yet as well as all the majors too. I will be back in future

Massive range of stock, Dean is not only helpful for those looking to purchase/upgrade their tennis equipment but offers excellent customer service with no hard sell and in depth knowledge and honesty. Racquet Works offers a great service to demo tennis racquets which was very useful in selecting a new racquet for myself. The restringing service is excellent where I managed to get 3 racquets restrung on the same day.
I travelled from Gippsland to come to racquet works and will happily do so again for my future tennis needs.
My highest recommendation for a great store with top range and excellent customer service.
