Paid over $2000 for plumbers to come out to fix some problems but we still had water pooling in the front yard. I called and told them that the issue had not been resolved. A more senior plumber came and said we just needed to replace the garden tap. They charged us $160 for a 10 min job that should have already been done. When I spoke to the owner James regarding the $130 we were being charged for the call out fee (I believe we should not have been charged another call out fee when we had already paid them one and they didn’t fix the problem) he yelled down the phone at me and was abusive and rude. We will never use these people again and I would advise others to steer clear.

Then the bill arrived for $190.30!!!!!!! for 15 mins work and the job was not urgent!!! Next time I will use someone a little more competitive. Thats just mean.
Fast and fantastic! Here within the hour. Job complete in 15 mins. Polite and helpful. A delight to use their services.
These guys have been doing my plumbing for 30+ years and can always be trusted to do the right thing. Everything is always to code and there are no shortcuts or poor workmanship. They have enough guys that when it is an emergency I can always know that they will be there straight away and help out.
