Stay away from priority 1 plumbing ashgrove
This guy is a scammer. The website looks legitimate, but he charged three times more than what you'd pay a normal, honest plumber. This is the first time I've encountered someone who takes such advantage of people. I don't know how he can sleep at night.

Another scammer with extortionate quotes preying on people in emergency situations, & tainting the reputation of the plumbing profession.

These guys charged my mother $908 to put new taps in her bathroom (1 bathroom). They were there for less than an hour but clearly decided to take advantage of an older retired lady who had no clue at the time that she was being way over charged for the their services. Absolute disgrace to be honest that in these day and age where everyone works so hard to earn money, businesses like this are robbing people of their hard earned money. Would not recommend these people to anyone and even if you do decide to use them, ask for a quote first. Would give 0 star if I could.
Do not use this plumber. The job was to fix a leak in the overflow of my rainwater tank. Easy job for a professional.
Not only was I charged for poor work but the leak was not only not fixed but made worse. They came back a second time and it was not fixed. I had to communicate by sms as they would not answer the phone. Messages were rude and unhelpful.

Had a gas leak in my house they arrived within 30min found the leak and had it fixed within the hour.

Woke up with kitchen flooding, they came out within the hour and had pipes replaced and contacted insurance company.

Had a blocked drain that 2 other plumbers where not able to clear, they wanted to dig up our yard and charge us $$$$$$ , these guys had it cleared and repaired within the hour, and quoted us to install a liner to repair drain at half the cost of the other plumbers with no digging required.

Had called 4 plumbers as our kitchen mixer had burst and was flooding our house, these guys are not cheap, but response was amazing and quality of work and products was top notch.

Woke up with our drains overflowing, found them online, they where able to come out within 30 min of calling them.
Cleared the drain, found the issue, and best of all we called insurance company and it was able to be claimed.

David was amazing, we had an emergency and he came out in 20 minutes to fix a burst pipe. The pipe was so rusted, we got him to check everything else in the house and he was very honest with us about if anything needed replacing, didnt push sales. We decided to get a couple more fixed because we can’t afford more pipes bursting and he replaced them quickly and with quality fittings that’ll last at 10+ years. A bit more expensive, but you pay for the quality and experience, and you just can’t expect anything to be cheap AND good, especially when materials are so expensive. Top bloke, top service!

Had a gas leak this morning, Peter arrived shortly after the call, tested everything and found and repaired the leak, little expensive, but extremely happy was sorted so soon.
Tried getting a plumber for our emergency today called 3 other guys, didn't respond, these guys where out within 15 minutes and had everything under control.

Found these guys on the internet, we had a burst pipe in our bathroom and unable to shut the water off they dropped everything and turned up with 15 min.
Replaced the mixer tap and hoses, had it all sorted within the hour.
