I had a broken tooth and was squeezed in. Work done was excellent, staff friendly and happy to share a joke. The premises are modern and very clean. If you choose PORTRUSH FAMILY DENTAL for your dental needs you can't go wrong.

Went to this practice based on the recommendation of a friend and saw Dr Priya. I was thoroughly happy with her professionalism and quality of treatment provided. I have been going to this practice for the last few years and have been seeing Dr Priya. She is very thorough with her treatment and excellent with my kids. She takes her time explaining what she proposes to do and a very kind person. However we were recently booked in to see the new dentist and unfortunately were disappointed as we felt that the treatment was rushed and our concerns were not addressed. It would be great to have the continuity with the same dentist instead of being booked in with someone else.

After having a life long fear of dentists, Dr Freytag very patiently has managed to not only fix all my dental problems but he now has me coming in for regular check ups!

Right from walking through the door were I was met with a smile and cheerful greeting, to the ease I was put at sitting in the dental chair was a a new experience as I avoid going to the Dentist normally only going when I have a tooth ache ! But I was so impressed with the treatment and how comfortable I was by the staff explaining things in launguge I could understand that I went back to complete the rest of the work that was recommended .My WHOLE family now goes to the Portrush Family Dental clinic to see DR Ricky as my grandaughter calls him. I would highly recommend this dental practice :)

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Portrush Family Dental makes going to the dentist a much more enjoyable experience than it would usually be. The receptionists always greet me with a smile and the dentists and nurses always put me at ease and during treatment. I now find that going for a clean is a relaxing experience and I even get to watch the TV on the ceiling!

I normally try and avoid the dentist if possible. However I was in a bad way recently and Dr Ricky managed to squeeze me in between seeing his usual patients. The surgery was clean and modern and most importantly the staff and dentist were friendly and caring. He fixed my problem and even gave me a call after to make sure I was ok. I won't be going anywhere else and will even be coming back for regular check ups to make sure this doesn't happen again!

Doctor Freytag and the dental team provide a service of friendly high standards together with professionalism and a high level of care and honesty with dedication to the patients requirement and delivering the best dental care which always leaves me with a reassuring confidence whether its major dental work a clean or even just an oral examination.I can honestly say a visit to the dentist is not a daunting experience especially at the portrush family dental.I highly recommend them.

Dr. Freytag and the team will always put in that little bit of extra effort for patient comfort and management, which I find the most important aspect when I am seeing my dentist. Not only that, I have had no concerns with the quality of work and the costs of treatment, and therefore I am only happy to recommend him to my friends and family.

Such wonderful staff and facilities, makes you really comfortable unlike a lot of other dentists. There's a tv on the roof as well for when you're in the dental chair, who doesn't want that?

Such a friendly environment to walk in to, helped by the bubbly staff members. I felt instantly relaxed upon entering, and what started off as a dreaded dentist trip turned into a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Makes it so much easier making a trip to the dentist when it's to a place like this!

A lot of dental practices are based on selling you treatment plans and what the final dollar value reads, not Dr Freytag. From the outset, it was clear he cared about me and my family's dental health first and that is something quite rare in today's market. He and his team made me feel really comfortable and at ease, they are friendly and approachable. They welcome any questions and have transparency about the way they look after their patients. Really friendly and bubbly staff who take great care and attention with the patients. They seem to truly care about each and every person who comes into their little business. Dr Freytag is without a doubt the best dentist I've been too, he's very professional yet still chatty and friendly and also very understanding towards his patients. Overall a great dental practise, which I would personally recommend to anyone I know.
