This was the worst and most dishonest "service" we ever had. John did not honour any of his website's claims: "No Call Out Charge. Fixed agreed Price over the phone. No upselling. Only pay when blockage removed. No fix, no pay policy." He knew a plumber has discovered a blocked sewer. We merely asked him whether the pipe can be unblocked by his Hydro Drain Jetting and sent photos.
So he came and told us what he could have told us over the phone in the first place: That his jet can't unblock stormwater pipes, not worth trying.
He ridiculed and made fun of us (and our vehicles) and our plumber, implied that we were just too lazy to do some digging by ourselves, that our plumber had no clue, and he talked and talked without giving us any relevant knowledge. From the termite inspector over the arborist to our plumber, everyone had better and more constructive advice than this guy, who talked like he was the only sensible person in the world, with everyone else being just incompetent.
At the end of his rant he charged us 150 dollars, just out of the blue, for "professional" advice we hadn't ever asked for.
