I could not speak highly enough about PADinspections. Pat was far more thorough than we had expected. His dedication to his work and explaining things to his clients is just grand.

I was passed on the details of Pad Inspections from a friend as I was unsure about the purchase of my first home.
from the first chat with Phil from Pad I felt that I had made the right decision in engaging them to do a full building and pest inspection as the block of apartments was built in 1960.
Phil booked in my inspection, contacted the agents to gain access and inspected the apartment without me needing to be involved.
Phil called me the moment he left the inspection to give me a complete rundown on the whole in section.
Phil was incredibly thorough, detailed and thought of things I would not have asked him to check.
I was then sent a fantastic detailed report the next day which was the best money I could have spent pre the auction.
Phil was incredibly generous with his time and helped me navigate the report and explained everything in detail.

Patrick explained the process which was easy to use , the actual inspection process was very thorough and all picked up the minor problems with the building. The problems he located I did not notice when I inspected the building myself.

HIGHLY recommend PAD Inspections. We had Phillip inspecting our new property! Not only was he very thorough he made the process very easy and was also transparent, up front and easy to talk to!

If you want an inspector who also gives some of his profit to charity this is also the right one to go with!
