I visit daily, always happy with the coffee and food, staff are always friendly, specially Arthur who runs the show and seems to be in there 7 days a week. The other day a new coffee shop opened up between where I work and the Orient, I'm lazy, but still manage to walk past. Probably says something.

this place is fantastic! the restaurant is a bit squishy but the food is a must have! service is a bit slow but would certainly come back!
Great choice of gifts, some very expensive but some not. The staff seem friendly enough. The shop is massive and there is lovely cafe in the middle of what looks like two shops. I could spend hours here.
