OneTouch Removal

BEWARE, DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. They first didn’t communicate anything, secondly, they didn’t come on the planned day as apparently, they had got into an accident an hour after they said they were on the way after running hours late. They then didn’t rock up on time the next day with no communication. When they did turn up their truck was filthy, their blankets were torn, they didn’t know how to back the truck and almost took out the letterbox. They then proceeded to damage the first item they took out of the house which was my bed base and then tried to hide the fact that they had damaged it by quickly trying to load it in the truck. When I advised them that I wanted compensation for the damaged bed base they said that there was nothing wrong and it was just the fabric that was damaged, I proceeded to ask for their boss’s number so I could call them but they were not willing to give me his number. The whole time they were talking in their own language between themselves and the boss. When they did put their apparent boss on the phone, he advised that he would give me discount. I advised I wanted compensation for the damaged bed base and that is why they have insurance but he refused and continued to advise me that he would only give me discount, he then agreed to pay me for the damage if I could send him the price of what the base was worth, he then went back to speaking to his workers who then proceeded to dump my base of my bed out the front of the house, when I asked what they were doing they said they didn’t feel comfortable doing my job and that they were leaving. I said I wanted my deposit back and the money to replace the bed base and he said they would give it to me in cash, I told them that one could go get it while the other stayed to ensure that they wouldn’t do a runner but they didn’t want to do that and ran to their truck. I went to the front of their truck to take a photo of their numberplate and this is when they tried to run me over. I have police and SA court getting involved
