Very rude people. Seemed to be unable to manage simple tasks. Price is OK, but worried about long term support.

Absolute garbage.

Took ten minutes to acknowledge I was standing at the counter.

Was simply not able to manage the simple task of booking two cars in for wheel alignments without the arrogant disdain of one who was hoping that a customer would spend more money.

The sad irony is that the two cars in question had last year been shod with $2500 worth of tyres from that same store.

Seems they are more than happy to take your money for tyres, but do not want to offer the service to maintain them.

Seems very dodgy to me, and a sad decline for what used to be a good local company.

Shame on you.

The sad irony is that both cars were booked in, customer was approximately 2 to 3 hours late for the appointment for first vehicle, there was confusion over which of the cars were booked for which particular day. The showroom and workshop were busy and he was served in his turn. After clarifying the appointment for next week and trying to rebook the missed appointment, his instruction was to cancel the lot and he left.
The female customers in the waiting room commented on what a difficult and rude man he was.
