He set up my smart phone/tablet and recently changed our PC operating system within days of urgent request, subsequently transferring back all photos and documents and installing Office, virus scanner, email account, our internet access and more. A further glitch occurred 2 days later with some corruption. Bob was back in 10 mins, working on it - no extra charge. Now all is well again, I have already recommended him to my neighbour. amazing. bob came to my house within 15 minutes of calling him, was very respectful and down to earth, articulate and intelligent. The price was great and he went above and beyond what is normally required for good customer service. He did more than what was expected for him and solved my issue and also improved my computer performance in many other areas.
