Great services I got. A good man fix all my taps

Approximate cost: $600

Installed Renai water pump, after 2 showers the third person gets cold water.
We had 2 visits to rectify. I am asking omega to change the unit but Now they are blaming it on renai. I and my family is the one who is suffering.

i would recommend this business as we have just had our ducted airconditioner installed good work from Tori and when the boys arrived to install they were very polite and did their job well. had more work on the electric box which was done the next day again nice fellas, they cleaned up after themselves and left the house nice & clean, also thank you Jason in the office for fixing the paper work.

These guys are super-expensive and pushy. We were charged about three times market price for simple electrical work. They were very pushy. Avoid like the plague, they are very unpleasant to deal with.

Joe, the electrician, was very Efficient, fast and friendly. Everything was explained well. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Omega for providing very friendly, helpful and accommodating technicians to install my air con unit. Sam & Armin you were fantastic! On another note though, I would recommend Omega train their staff on how to use the products they install as unfortunately Sam and Armin were unfamiliar on how to use the air con unit installed as it was new on the market. Good idea for Omega to invest in courses possibly.

I was quoted $3,772 to replace a 315L electric hot water heater that was about to fail. Unfortunately, I had no idea what these systems cost and was time-strapped.

Called them to fix a leaking shower tap. The guy (Steve) came to change the tap but it was still leaking. Called him to tell him and he said it would be OK in a few days. Waited a few days, still leaking so called again. Had to call twice and leave a message to say we'd call the office for him to finally get back, said he'd let us know that night about what time he'd come the next day. That was a few days ago. Given up now. Result: Paid $400 to change taps that we didn't need.
I've read a lot of good reviews and that's why we decided to go with Omega. Hope others don't get a 'take your money and run' experience.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was very quick and easy. Kept us informed through the whole process and really went above and beyond

We had a blocked toilet over Christmas and despite most plumber advising they were not available till after Christmas Omega sent out a technician the following day and fixed the problem immediately. We were very impressed with the service we received from Omega.

All staff I had contact with were very professional, they listen to customers needs and concerns. I had my hot water heater replaced and my garage was flooding-it was an emergency. Omega gave me several quotes which they explained in detail. I also had an electrical check for the entire house. My problem was fixed on the same day!! It gave me peace of mind

Installation of solar hot water system to replace a dodgy solar pump system. Installation was done in a timely and efficient manner. I have had had a great deal of work done by Omega over the past 4 1/2 years both plumbing and electrical. I have absolutely no complaints. Technicians are professional and courteous and, most importantly, turn up when expected.

Had Chris come to fix a couple of "suspect" power points...he rang to tell me that he was on his way...while he was here pointed out that the wiring from the house to the box was very "dangerous!"....while he was here he organised for two electricians to come later in the week & also organised for a plumber to come early next week...Chris was a "very personable" young man...& handled everything "extremely well!"

the company was very efficient and effective at dealing with the situation and giving quote and providing a quick service.

The Omega team was very professional. Easy to talk to with no hard sell on recommendations.
Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Damien called to let us know he was on his way to come to our hot water system problem. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and even put on boot covers to come inside. When he looked at our job he presented us with several options, one being a replacement as the hot water system was 8 years old. He gave us a good understanding of what would suit our needs, right down to what would be the most energy efficient. He then coordinated the replacement and removal of the system, the concreting of a new footing, the change of our off peak usage from 1 to 2 and gave us a time to expect his colleagues tomorrow. Signing us up as a member to save us even more money was greatly appreciated.
We have been long standing Omega customers purely because of their employees like Damien.

I was astonished at the professionalism of Joe and also your support staff in calling to tell me he was running late, in one of my past experiences with another organisation I waited all day and no body rocked up or bothered to call, so when they did call 2 days later to re-book I told them not to bother. I will not hesitate to recommend your business to family and friends.

I have dealt with Omega Plumbing on several occasions over the years and the experience has always been good. The plumbers have always been courteous and efficient and got the work done without any hassles and in a most professional and efficient manner. In addition the work has always been done properly without any need for remedial action.
Damien was really terrific with the last lot of work that was done. He took the time to help me with decisions that had to be made and made all the arrangements and obtained the taps, shower heads and towel rails. Nothing was too much trouble. This was not a case of anything being too hard or difficult but simply a friendly and understanding approach and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Likewise the plumbers David and James that attended to do the work were also very good at their job and had a professional and friendly manner. It was the attitude of these people that impressed me. There was no pressure and they just got on and did what they had to do with no stress or worry for me.

I found Damien very knowledgeable, and I welcomed his explanations regarding the work he did and what was needed to be done. Damien was efficient and clean in his work. While I appreciated his professional manner, I also found it refreshing to find someone with personality and conversation. He represented Omega well.

I will use Omega again and I am very happy to recommend Omega to my friends.

I had Omega out to do some work for me as I had received two pleasant and helpful visits for quotes on quite a lot of work from one of their electricians and one of their plumbers. I can be very, very positive about the electrician and the plumber, who has made a special effort at our request to come back them self and set aside all day on next Monday to complete our work. I could write them a strong reccommendation! As i enjoyed their company as well as the work and professionalism.

I used Omega for an electrical problem i was having, Shaun the electrician was sent to our home to carry out our Electrical work. He is a impressive professional who communicates well with the customer and his work is faultless. He is a credit to Omega and their Brand. I had omega plumbing to inblock my sewer, they are very helpfull but i couldnt get a permanent solution the plumber was helpfull and tried his best but couldnt open it though that we have to dig down and changed a part of it he marked wher it is according to his camera and quote me to do it. The mark wasnt in the right place which costed me a fortune to dig afterwards and found that the sewer wasn't passing where they marked. Honestly i wouldnt recommend.

When I telephoned Omega I was very impressed that they were able to get a plumber to me within 1 working day and an electrician too!!!!

In the past I have had other companies saying that they would take a few weeks to fit my problems into their busy schedules or they had no time, this is why I
was pleasantly surprised at the promptness and availability of the Omega team.

The service was brilliant, they arrived when they said they would (even telephoning me to say when they would arrive at my home) and had a resolution to all of my problems and were only too happy to help me to understand how some of the systems work in my house!!!

Due to their promptness, friendliness, willingness to answer any of my questions and great service I will absolutely be using them in the future and am happy to recommend them.

The service provided by Elias was absolutely excellent and extremely professional. All costs and repairs required were thoroughly explained before he commenced work and I could not complain about anything or anyone connected with the Omega company.

The entire operation from the time I sent a request online, to the follow up phone calls before and after the work was completed is unbelievably professional, especially in these current times when that is not always the outcome.
