Nurtured Birth-Prenatal Massage and Doula Services

As a first time Mother trying to navigate my way through all the information about birth, I could not have been more blessed to have crossed paths with Sarah. Sarah is one of the most nurturing, compassionate and informed professionals in her niche. She was born to be a doula and her support warmly and openly extended to my husband and step daughter, enabling us to transition our blended family with ease. She truly held our hands throughout the journey and gently guided me to tap into my inner woman who knows how to birth. Sarah’s presence gave me the reassurance I needed to birth my baby with confidence. I am forever grateful to have such a special woman in our lives and am looking forward to eventually do it all again in the near future.

Sarah was an amazing doula that assisted me in fulfilling my wish of a natural birth of my first born at the ripe old age of 41. Even when the hospital was suggesting to intervene due to my waters breaking early Sarah was able to support and honour my wishes.
With some calming music, positive words of encouragement and exercises I was able to dilate enough and welcome my baby girl. I can't thank Sarah for the support throughout the pregnancy both during and after birth. Nurtured birth is exactly what Sarah offers. Thanks again, Jackie and baby Emma

My partner and I went to see Sarah for a consultation on options in care provider as well as prenatal massage. I could never thank Sarah enough for her support, care and kindness throughout. She has done so much more than we have expected and her prenatal massage has been wonderful. I can't recommend Sarah enough whether getting a consultation from her or having her as a doula or masseur. Not only Sarah is very experienced and knowledgeable but professional.

I saw Sarah when I was full term with my second child for an induction massage at home. Within half an hour of her leaving my house I was in labour and our son was born eight hours later!! Not only was the massage very effective but I gained so much from the pep talk that she gave me in preparation for labour. I had a traumatic experience first time round, with quite a lot of drugs and was beginning to doubt my abilities despite months of preparation for a Calmbirth. Sarah gave me advice on positions to labour in, how my husband could help me keep control, and most importantly gave me confidence. I was able to labour with just a little gas and air and maintained control right to the end. It even helped me remain calm when I had a small haemorrhage. I can not recommend Sarah enough...

Sarah is not only a masseur but a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing guide through your pregnancy. I drift every time into a restful and the most comfortable sleep up until days before I gave birth. Her style of massage is gentle but powerful and healing where you and baby feel safe in her experienced hands.

Heavenly massages from both Sarah and Lisa. They have incredible touch and energy! Both Sarah and Lisa have such a great understanding of the body, specifically the pregnant body. Highly recommend the nurtured birth team!

I had the most amazing pregnancy massage with Sarah who was recommended by my best friend, I would highly recommend her to anyone (pregnant or not)! She made me feel so comfortable and was so nurturing and lovely. I felt so relaxed and connected to my baby which was so special - I plan on booking in with her again ASAP!

Sarah is absolutely amazing. In my third trimester it's been difficult to feel comfortable but I look forward to my massage with her as I can guarantee an hour of absolute comfort and relaxation. It's just an added bonus that I also get her advice about pregnancy and birth. I highly recommend her!

I saw Sarah when I was 40 weeks pregnant and my baby was still not engaged. My Dr was talking about a c-section which I wanted to avoid.
After 2 treatments with Sarah I went into labour naturally a few days before my scheduled cesarean.
It was such a lovely experience meeting Sarah and her massages were great. Her calm and caring approach, together with her knowledge and experience made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
I would recommend Sarah for general pregnancy massages, as well as the labour inducing massage treatment.

Sarah was amazing in helping my body and mind prepare for the birth of my little boy. I couldn't reccomded her highly enough. Other than her relaxing and nurturing massage she also helped prepare my husband and I for the birthing experience which enabled us to have a natural and wonderful birth.

A lucky find -a masseuse experienced enough to safely massage women in their first trimester of pregnancy. I saw Sarah for monthly massages throughout my pregnancy, and found these sessions to be very therapeutic. Sarah is generous with her time, and also shares her own experiences of pregnancy & childbirth. Well worth the money.

I saw Sarah for pre-natal massages and it took me to a place of relaxation that I hadnt experienced through out my whole pregnancy. Sooooo perfect to have, especially leading up to the birth, perfect preparation for the big day ; )
Sarah was also my doula and Im having trouble putting into words how essential she was to the birth being as smooth as possible. I think back to the support, wisdom and humour she provided (in the lead up and on the day of the birth) with a warm heart. I have recommended her to anyone who'll listen!
