Large two storey home. The mortar was in bad need of mending after 30 years since construction.

Was dreading a $10,000 quote.

Phoned Rick, who runs his business with his brother.

Rick quoted under $2000. They use one of the new products of 'grout' that is flexible. It goes over your existing grout.

Took 3 men best part of a day to do it. Rubbish removed.

2 years on and today was looking at the pointing. No defects detected.
