Daniel is the business owner-operator of Northcote Roofing and Plumbing. This means no subcontractors, no chinese whispers down to more junior staff, and no extra fat in the quote to cover costs of other people doing the job that you've never met. He is very efficient, clean and tidy and turns up when he says he will. His manner is polite and friendly. Daniel came to my property on a Saturday to assess my leak at no charge and then fixed it on Australia Day public holiday at a very reasonable fee. Could not be happier. Now just to test his work with some rain! But I have every faith.

Contacted Daniel this morning and my roof was all sorted by lunchtime. So easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.
