Staff there at noels told me that both my front wheel bearings needed replacing as it made a noice while steering. Costing at $245 each without giving me an invoice as they said they were going to email it to me as their printer wasnt working. Took my car to another mechanic and turns out both front bearings werent changed. They charged me $450. I cant get it back as i have no proof as they never gave me a invoice.

This place is an absolute joke! very disappointed. I put my pride and joy Ford ranger in for a scheduled service, it was quite a big service interval and was expensive as i expected. Next service was done at Ford, where they explained to me that vital components such fuel filters and air filters had not been replaced in the previous service. I explained that i had the full service conducted at NOELS and was charged accordingly. The mechanics at NOELS had ticked and stamped the book along with the service report that all items had been serviced and replaced as required. I will not be using this garage again, and strongly recommend others to look elsewhere or physically check their service reports and items replaced on their vehicles.

This place charged $350 to diagnose and fix a suspension noise that continued to occur after I paid the money and the car was back in my possession. I took it to another mechanic in Wacol who fixed it for less than $50. In another instance I took the car in for a service including an all round safety check and it passed; however only a week later I took the car in for a safety certificate so I could sell it and all of a sudden it needed new tyres. Nearly $500 later I had a safety certificate for a car that was given the green light just a week (and less than 100km on the clock) before.

Shocked, what's going on Noel? New staff, smaller premises, my last review was 5. Now , sadly this. Went in for 2 front tyres and was told my front strut top mounts were the worst worn the mechanic had ever seen, the car was raised, he grabbed the strut and showed me how it moved side to side at the top mount . Wrong!! It's supposed to do this, it's a floating mount. If you go here see Noel personally, I know he's honest,,, Noel , if your staying at the business, keep an eye on your staff, you don't deserve your excellent reputation being destroyed!

Had a wheel alignment done which was absolute abortion of a job so took it back to get it done again properly, they said it was fine nothing wrong with it, so I took it to another tyre shop and found that all the front bushes needed replacing and rear toe adjuster was ceased. Why or how Noels did the wheel alignment with all these issues is beyond me. This is definately not the first issue we have had with Noels but it is certainly the last.Never again.

Extremely poor quality mechanical work, no attention to detail at all (fixed leaking gaskets but didn't clean any oil spill or even wipe it) car smelt like WD40 for weeks! Gear shift rubber not put back properly sitting out of floor shonky. Was charged for parts that were not put on.

We had a strange noise on our car, 3 other local mechanics said it was.the clutch quoting $1800 - $2300 to fix, Noel said he could not be sure, I need to have a proper look . Turned out to be a bearing on the air con unit, $68. wonder how many mechanics would have charged for a clutch and replaced the bearing??? Recently got a battery from him $80...
