I absolutely love my Nespresso and will not drink coffee any other way now! They are always amazingly creamy and hot and I cannot enjoy coffee made any other way. I've recommended it to all my friends and a number of them have bought their own now

I recently called Nespresso to enquire about the cost of some replacement parts for my coffee machine. When they told me they would send them out free of charge I was stunned! Not many companies offer that kind of customer service these days. Every time I have been into a Nespresso store, I always get the highest level of customer service that I have ever experienced. And it is the same no matter what store you go into. A big thumbs up to Nespresso for their excellent customer service!

Good coffee at a great price. Good looking machine and so easy to use. Put a pod in and press 1 button and you are done. Great coffee. So many different flavours and intensity to choose from. I have had this machine for more than 3 years and still very happy with it. Easy to clean as well! The little pods are recyclable. Good for the environment.

The pods are about 80c each. So if you drink 2-3 coffees a day, you will save a truck load of money. The machine pays for itself in no time.

Nespresso changed my coffee life! The machines are great quality (I have the Lastissimo) and the coffee is incredible - better than most coffee shops and much more convenient. My morning ritual now inlcudes making a coffee to drink in the car to get myself kick started for the day :)
My favourite is Arpeggio but the Decaffinato Intenso is a great alternative for later in the day.

Nespresso is a great machine. Whenever i have ordered more coffee pods, they only take 2-3 working days to arrive, which is pretty good, considering i am in sydney. the coffee is delicious.
We have been using nespresso at work for a year or so now. I love the ease of making the coffee and the range of flavours is great. It is very easy to do, takes a minute or so and is yummy coffee. As the coffee comes from victoria it does take a while to get to us from the day we order it

The coffee is very fresh, there is no mess an the flavours are wonderful. It has now become easier to purchase coffee through the establishment of an outlet in thw Myer Melbourne store.
