I was expecting my 5 th child and was in need of new pram and car seat. The products are one of the best price wise but I will never shop there again. The customer service I received from 1 member of staff was terrible she was ver rude and degrading when she spoke to me and I left the store in tears. I know not all staff here are like this but I will not return to the store again.

Love the web site full of great activities for kids and lts of usefull information. The promotions are great although I never win a thing :)

I wanted to express my disappointment at the garbage service. I have a family of 7 and since our bins service has been changed we have hardly any room at all for general waste. I have a disabled daughter is nappies full Tim (also a toddler and a baby) and the amount of flies and the smell from the rubbish only being collected once a fought night is disgusting.

Fantastic customer service ever time I have been there, their products are to a very high standard and long lasting.

I have been with HCF for 5 years and the customer service is always fantastic. I do find it a it frustrating that the things we have to pay for eg. Specialist Drs appointments are not covered, I wish it could be more tailor made to fit our family's needs.

I was with virgin for 2 years under contract I was really disappointed with customer service, and mobile coverage. I would not recommend virgin to anyone

Played mini golf and the courses were pretty neglected. The customer service was good but the experience was a bit of a let down.
