I needed some legal advice regarding my father's affairs and unlike any solicitor I have ever dealt with, he gave me heads up on costs and told me that if I did certain things myself, I would save money, so when the bill came in I didn't have a shock - he gave me progress stages of where I was at and was very clear - he actually gave me control of the process so I played an interactive rather than a completely passive role and I knew where I stood at each stage of the process - this was invaluable.
