MV Ortho

My daughter is a client at MV Ortho. Dr Jung and associates are talented and caring. We are very happy with the orthodontic treatment so far. The location is great for both parking and an easy walk from Mona Vale centre.

My daughter has been seeing MV Ortho for nearly two years. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the care has been excellent. The environment is lovely and very convenient. The kids and teenagers there obviously all feel very comfortable -- many are happy to turn up on their own. More than happy to recommend.

Dr Mun and the team have been fantastic to deal with. Very professional but friendly and always extremely responsive and helpful. We have been extremely happy with the service provided for our son and also the communication with us and I have recommended MV Ortho to a number of friends who have also been very satisfied. Highly recommend!

All the staff are very professional and friendly, they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They are happy to accommodate you and very helpful with the payments schedule. They explain everything clearly. Dr Jong is very good with my youngest daughter who was very nervous about having plates fitted, he is kind and gentle and listens to her. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

There is a certain level of intimacy, as in you know the people serving you, and you value what they have to offer. There is certainly a great vibe about the place and it is shown through the treatment given to you. It is always quick, simple and worth the value. I would recommend to a friend, in fact, I have.

I liked being able to pay upfront so there was never any confusion or issue with money. The staff are nice. My teeth are straight now. The competitions they run are so generous - I won an iPhone 5s - and fun to participate in.
