I’d met Mark doing group fitness classes at a local gym, and realised he really knew his stuff. I never would have considered personal training as I don’t consider myself to be in the right income bracket for it, but I booked in for a ten week course at his studio and it was worth every cent and a whole lot more. In that time I achieved health and fitness goals I thought were no longer possible for a perimenopausal woman in her 40s. My hips and thighs are the size they were in my 20s and 30s, which doctors had told me was unlikely to happen again, and I am much stronger than I was. With his superb food plan and meticulously tailored training schedule, Mark has entirely changed my outlook about my own potential. He is a quite a hard task master and expects discipline, only because he knows it delivers results. He is a very intelligent and also personable and sensitive man. Highly recommend.

Mark has an incredible amount of experience and understanding of how the human body works and how important it is to stay fit and healthy. His dedication to both training and following up afterwards is exemplary. I am 70 years old carrying many post sport & work related injuries plus osteoporosis & arthritis. What Mark has achieved in the past 8 weeks has been extraordinary as I can now walk 5km instead of hobbling with a very jammed up hip! I met Mark when I was 50. My exercise consisted of lap swimming mostly (which I enjoyed), but I wasn't shifting the weight. I had poor routines and inconsistent eating habits and always felt tired at work. With Mark's encouragement and professional guidance and expertise, I developed a more balanced fitness and health program that not only helped me shed the KGs, (20+) but improved my overall health - which my GP kindly points out every year I have the health check up. Very experienced Personal Trainer. I wanted to do some strength training, but he Recommended my initial focus should be on improving my mobility so that I wouldn’t risk injuring myself. My mobility has definitely improved, and I have remained injury free.
