Haven't used their services, but I did have them reach out to me when my package was delivered to their location in Goulburn instead of Sydney. They were helpful in resolving the issuse for me.

Brilliant, wonderful. Can't recommend high enough. We had so much trouble getting a tiler until a local tile shop recommend Mitch to us. He arrived within 24 hours, completed the job within two days and went above and beyond. His work is immaculate and he has extreme attention to detail. Good tradies are hard to find, so Mitch was a breath of fresh air! A+++ service.

Very disappointing, cancelled on our booked job back in Nov 2017, then gave us his mates number to complete the job, someone by the name of Ryan. Ryan promises to get the job done before Xmas & never shows up, doesn't call & after chasing him now 3 time since xmas, has still turned up or even contacted. Out tiling job remains not started or completed. A very poor experience all round, very poor business practice on both accounts. Mitch was recommended to us, by very good friends & they are horrified to say the very least. They will not be making any further recommendations about Mitch or his affiliates.

Mitch was very friendly, got it in within our time schedule which we were very pleased with. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for tiling in any environment!
