Microsoft Support

Am so relieved to finally have my computer working again. Two weeks ago Internet Explorer had a fault which caused a problem with my microsoft office programs. i could not do any work and after many wasted hours, hair pulling, screaming and lots of tears i called this helpline in desperation. the very patient and calm 'Red' talked me through and we fixed the problem in less than an hour. i am so relieved. after dealing with so many unhelpful customer service people over the years this business was amazing. i cant thank them enough.
