MGF Resurfacing

Provided a service and when there were issues with the quality of the finished product months down the track, Mark stopped taking my calls. Eventually when he answered, he explained it wasn’t a warranty issue (which he was happy to spruik lasted 15 years when quoting for the job) and then proceeded to abuse me when I questioned his professionalism (he ignored my calls 4 times in a week). Cowboy operator who is only too happy to take your money but do nothing to rectify issues his handiwork created. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Worker from MGF Resurfacing arrived 08.08.14 to resurface 2 basins. Even though the basins were slightly stained & dulled colour, they convinced me that a sand & polish would bring them up like new again (we compared finish to my unused bathtub). After paying $200 (cheaper price due to their saying they didn't require resurfacing) then cleaning up mess, I discovered staining still present & dull colour not gone. They now refuse to revisit to resurface or to refund the $200 so be warned NOT to use this business. Also they caused slight damage to 1 basin & their old van left 2 oil drip stains on my driveway.
